Connection With a Purpose
Pavé is a French term for a diamond setting — gemstones set so closely together that no metal is visible between them. They cannot be pulled apart. That is our founding philosophy: a soulsisterhood of professional women built on genuine, unbreakable relationships.
Founded in 2011 in Orange County, California, what began as a local gathering of like-minded women has grown into an international movement touching lives across continents — from Orange County to Brisbane, from Iceland to Africa.
